InSync

‘InSync’ is offered to children and young people in a group aged between 5-16 years of age often but not exclusively in a school setting. This programme not only supports the young person but also their parents and carers. The course looks at anxiety, building emotional resilience as well as empathy, using interactive resources and a tailor made workbook for the whole family to use at home. InSync is typically run with four sessions with the young person face to face and two with the parent and carers face to face or

virtually.

*InSync is charged at £420 based on 6- 8 young people attending- parents from the same and separate households can attend simultaneously.

Check in

This workshop was created to support professionals, parents and adults within the community with managing this ever changing world and daily stresses. Too often we concentrate on others and forget to check in with ourselves. The aim of the workshop is to provide tools on self reflection and emotional resilience that can be tailor made to suit different settings and individuals. This can be offered as a one off session or regular group work.

*Check in is offered at £180 per group work or drop in session.
